About Legacy Heights
Senior-led ESG advisory for high-asset infrastructure across emerging markets.
Legacy Heights is a boutique ESG consultancy specializing in emerging markets and high-asset infrastructure sectors, including ports, airports, maritime, rail, and oil & gas.
We transform ESG from regulatory obligation into a driver of financial resilience, cost optimization, access to capital, and long-term competitiveness.
Our Story
Why Legacy Heights Was Established.
Legacy Heights was founded to address a critical gap in the ESG landscape. Too many organizations were trapped in superficial compliance exercises ticking boxes, producing reports, and chasing ratings while real risks to balance sheets, assets, and long-term viability remained unaddressed.
In high-impact industries such as energy, transportation, maritime, and infrastructure where assets are large, supply chains are complex, and the transition to net-zero is non-negotiable generic ESG advice was insufficient.
Legacy Heights was established on the conviction that sustainability must deliver measurable financial protection and competitive advantage. By remaining deliberately boutique, we ensure every client engagement receives senior-level attention, deep analysis, and strategies that are financially material, operationally grounded, and built to last.
The Legacy Heights Difference
Boutique byDesign.
Legacy Heights remains intentionally boutique to ensure quality over volume.
Every engagement is personally led by a Partner with over 20 years of experience. There are no junior team hand-offs, no volume-driven project rotations, and no standardized templates applied without context.
We deliberately limit our client portfolio to maintain depth, continuity, and accountability—ensuring each mandate receives the rigor and attention required in complex infrastructure environments.
